In early 2020 I gave my youngest brother an old Macbook so he could learn to code.

It’s changed the trajectory of his life. With one laptop and $50 of Udemy courses, he’s now excited by learning and teaching himself to code. In just a few months of work he’s built an app and is now getting a Code Mentor to further develop his skills.

He’s engaged, excited about learning, building his own apps and I’d bet is learning more than anyone else he’s in school with.
